Refund Policy

Here is you can read our Refund Policy to explain when you can request a refund with respect to products and services acquired from Daily-Web-Hosting or through us from our partners and /or affiliates (collectively Services).


1. General Terms of Refund

  • 1.1. In no event is the same Service eligible for more than one refund.

  • 1.2. Service must be cancelled before we can issue a refund.

  • 1.3. No refund will be made if your Service are suspended or terminated for cause.

  • 1.4. If purchased Service include free domain name registration as part of a promotion or sale of the Service, and you cancel the purchased Service, the standard price for the domain name will be deducted from the refund amount. If the refund amount is less than the standard price for the domain, you must either elect to pay the difference or forfeit the domain, in which case, ownership of the domain will revert back to Daily-Web-Hosting.

 

  • 1.5. All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollar, Euro, Britain Pound: you the customer, bear sole responsibility for any fluctuations in the exchange the other currency rate between the time of payment and the time of refund

 

  • 1.6. Unless you request otherwise, refunds will be credited to your Daily-Web-Hosting account balance. Purchases made using Daily-Web-Hosting account funds can only be refunded as account credit. Purchases made by credit card or PayPal, other payment available may be refundable to the source of payment. Daily-Web-Hosting is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your credit card company or PayPal and other payment available in the case of refund.

 

  • 1.7. Any processing fee will be deducted from a refund.


2. Domain Name Registration

  • 2.1. Unless this Refund Policy specifically provides for a refund, all fees for domain name registrations and related domain name Service are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if your domain name registration is suspended, cancelled or transferred prior to the end of your then current registration term.

 

  • 2.2. New domain name registrations may be refundable, at the sole discretion of Daily-Web-Hosting, if you, the registrant, cancel the domain name registration for a valid reason and the cancellation is processed within 72 hours after registration. Please note that, in some cases, cancellation and refund are not available for new domain registrations due to restrictions imposed by the applicable registry or registry operating company.

 

  • 2.3. No refunds are available for fees paid for After Market Domain Names unless your After Market Domain Name registration is rejected or cancelled by Daily-Web-Hosting, the registry or the third party seller.

 

  • 2.4. No refunds are available for fees paid for Premium Domain.

  • 2.5. No refunds are available for fees paid for any of the following:
  • 2.6. Additional fees paid for Pre-Orders, Sunrise or Landrush periods or participation in an Early Access Program
  • 2.7. Fees paid for related Service such as a WhoisGuard subscription for the domain in question.
  • In the case of an unsuccessful attempt to transfer a domain name to Namecheap, we will automatically refund any fees paid as an account credit.


3. Web Hosting

  • 3.1. Unless this Refund Policy specifically provides for a refund, all fees for Web Hosting and related Service are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if your Web Hosting Service are suspended or terminated prior to the end of your then current contract term.

 

  • 3.2. Package fees for Shared Hosting, WorldPress Hosting and VPS Hosting, Classifieds Software may be refundable, at the sole discretion of Daily-Web-Hosting, if you, the account holder, cancel within fourteen 14 days after purchase.

 

  • 3.3. No refunds are available for the following:

    • 3.3.1. Any additional features, services or upgrades added to your Web Hosting package and purchased at additional fees

    • 3.3.2. Any fees related to domain name registrations associated with your Web Hosting package

    • 3.3.3. Any renewals of Web Hosting and related Service.

 
4. SSL Certificates

  • 4.1. If a refund is available, fees for SSL Certificates will be refunded in the form of an account credit.

  • 4.2. In order to qualify for a refund you must do one of the following within ninety 90 days after purchase
  • 4.3. You must obtain issuance and thereafter make a written request for a refund within fifteen 15 days of that date
  • 4.4. Attempt at issuance and be unsuccessful, in which case the refund will be credited to your account automatically
  • 4.5. Make no attempt at issuance but make a written refund request to Daily-Web-Hosting.


 5. Premium DNS

  • 5.1. Unless this Refund Policy specifically provides for a refund, all fees for Premium DNS and related Service are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if your Premium DNS Service are suspended, cancelled or transferred prior to the end of your then current contract term.

 

  • 5.2. Fees for the Services may be refundable, at the sole discretion of Daily-Web-Hosting, if you cancel the Services within five 5 days after purchase.


6. One Page Website

  • Onepager subscription fees may be refundable, at the sole discretion of Daily-Web-Hosting, if you, the account holder, cancel your subscription within thirty 30 days after purchase.


7. Apps Marketplace

  • 7.1. In most cases, Apps purchased or renewed through our Apps Marketplace may be refundable, at the sole discretion of Daily-Web-Hosting, if you the customer request cancellation and refund within twenty-four 24 hours after purchase /renewal.

  • 7.2. No refunds are available for Apps which provide an immediate, one-time service and or incur fees directly related to the product provided: such as, but not limited to, Daily-Web-Hosting Legal.


8. Non-Refundable Services

  • 8.1. Transfers or renewals of domain name registrations;

  • 8.2. Fees for recovery or reactivation of domain names;

  • 8.3. Dedicated Servers or Dedicated IP Addresses;

  • 8.4. WhoisGuard subscriptions;

  • 8.5. Any Services purchased or acquired at a reduced fee or on promotion

  • 8.6. Any fees paid by you to Daily-Web-Hosting for providing non-service related support.


9. Refund Requements

  • 9.1. Why you are asking for a refund, and must to explain

  • 9.2. Transaction identifying information (e.g. account username, support, transaction number, domain name, date of purchase) and

  • 9.3. Any additional information the Customer Service team asks for in order to process your refund request.
